Does T-Mobile Fiber (Lumos) use CGNAT?
Short answer: Yes. T-Mobile Fiber (Lumos) puts home customers behind CGNAT by default, according to customer reports (we found no official T-Mobile Fiber (Lumos) statement). Getting a public IPv4 costs extra. There's no IPv6 to fall back on.
